Paddy Williams
Paddy is the founder and director of PW Architecture Office (PWAO), an architecture practice based in Orange, NSW.
Established in 2019, the practice specialises in residential architecture, interior architecture and master planning, with a focus on creating considered, site-responsive homes. Prior to founding PWAO, Paddy spent eight years at Cox Architecture, developing a strong foundation in design, documentation and project delivery.
His work is guided by a belief that architecture should feel connected to its landscape and climate. Through a collaborative and approachable process, Paddy works closely with clients to transform complex requirements into homes that are enduring, functional and deeply personal.
PWAO's projects are united by a commitment to thoughtful planning, material integrity and carefully crafted spaces that improve with age.
Milly Gell
Milly joined PWAO in 2022.
Driven by a passion for thoughtful design, Milly brings a creative and highly considered approach to every project. Her work explores the intersection of architecture, interiors and landscape, with a focus on creating spaces that feel intuitive, enduring and connected to place.
Milly is deeply involved in the design development of projects across the practice, contributing to the refinement of spatial planning, materiality and architectural expression.
Combining creativity with technical understanding, she helps transform ideas into carefully crafted environments that respond to the unique aspirations of each client.
